![]() ![]() It is best to unplug any controllers/sticks etc that you don't need while playing. Make sure that a different controller that is plugged in is not overrriding your stick outputs. This is about the initial calibration before any use in the Sim. Halfway through playing yesterday I noticed there was a firmware update available to V34 so I updated the wheelbase firmware and went ahead and updated my SF 1000 firmware to v5.51. I contacted support, but no answer is given to me so far. I am currently using my SF 1000 wheel on my T300RS base. Is anyone aware of the official way of doing it. A document explains Spoiler calibration, but not the Flaps. Remove the pedal faces () as well so you can lift the bottom part away from the top bit. Hi I can’t find any documentation from Thrustmaster, how to calibrate the Flaps. On the underside of the TH8 shifter, just next to the USB cable, there is a small hole providing access to a small rectangular black button: 3.Press (and keep pressing down on) this button using a small screwdriver you must hear a little click noise: 4. Never carry the power supply by holding the cable. Do not plug the device into a wall outlet or unplug it with damp or wet hands. Other causes could include poor stick calibration, poor deadzones, poor sensitivity settings, or a stuck controller button or throttle that is sending a continuous input to the game. Keep the equipment plugged in and open up the pedals as well as the Thrustmaster control panel, so you can see the pedals registering (or lack thereof). The use of an extension cord or cords is not recommended, due to the risk of the extension cord overheating and therefore the risk of fire. Sometimes other game settings such as flight assist and auto-roll can have strange apparent effects on controller/stick outputs so that may be worth checking. You may not have all control options over all 3 axes and so might have to compromise a bit on one of them. Check your stick output settings against your game settings and against what you intended in that respect. The game has the choice of digital and analogue input options in the Controls profile for at least 2 axes. Thrustmaster is a registered trademarks of Guillemot Corporation S.A. It could be all sorts of things such as where the game expects an analogue input but receives a digital one instead - or vice versa.
